Appointed in January 2017. Sean Duffy has three decades of experience in media relations and public affairs in the public and private sectors, including as Deputy Chief of Staff to Gov. Bill Owens. He has served on numerous boards of business, civic and charitable organizations and is currently the volunteer managing partner of The Barnabas Group. Sean resides in Highlands Ranch along with his wife, Susan, and young son, Brendan.
District II, Term Expires 1/19
Appointed in January 2016. Ron Cole is a former senior intelligence leader with 50-plus years of experience in the intelligence community, supporting federal government agencies and private firms on policy, management and technical issues. He has served as a board member of the Colorado Space Business Roundtable and in roles with other space-related organizations. Ron established the Independent IC Consultancy, LLC (I2C2) in 2016 to provide professional advice to elements of the intelligence community.

Appointed in May 2010. Bob Morris has served in the roles of Board President and, currently, as Treasurer. Bob has spent 40 years working in various aspects of business administration and finance, including starting his own property management company and running a homeowner association. He also served on the Parker Planning Commission for 15 years. Since retiring in 2012, Bob has traveled the world extensively.

Appointed in January 2016. John Howe has 45 years of corporate management experience in the consumer products industry. A Parker resident since 1998, he is actively involved in the Parker Planning Commission, Town of Parker Compensation Board, and the Parker Creative District, as well as several committees. He has also worked with various local corporate and community boards and clubs. John concurrently serves on the Board of the Douglas County Libraries Foundation.

Eleanor Brown is a New York Times and international bestselling author of The Weird Sisters and The Light of Paris, and editor of the anthology A Paris All Your Own: Bestselling Women Writers on the City of Light. She teaches writing workshops in Highlands Ranch and Denver, as well as at writing conferences and centers nationwide.

Appointed in September 2018. Lawrence Falter, retired, has a broad background as a seasoned, high-energy lawyer with extensive experience in several aspects of commercial and contract law, labor relations, change management, strategic issues, employee benefits, and employment policies and practices. He has a strong background in management planning, budgeting, staffing, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies, all designed to enhance productivity and profitability.
