Host Your Event at DCL
Douglas County Libraries offers indoor and outdoor event spaces for nonprofit, community and for-profit groups.
Your event is important to us! Our packages accommodate the style, size and complexity of any event, with dedicated event experts to help you make your special function a success.























Our Concierge event services include:
- Room setup and teardown
- Ability to use the library spaces at any time, day or evening
- Dedicated event planner to handle the legwork and serve as a one-stop point of contact for your event
- Full-service event planning and management, including agendas, vendors, finances and AV troubleshooting
- Drop-off and full-service/staffed catering (through a DCL recommended vendor) allowed
- Supplemental furniture rental allowed through a DCL recommended vendor
- Ticket sales/entry fees allowed
- Sale of goods/services or receipt of donations allowed
- Private parties/receptions allowed; alcohol may be served (some restrictions apply)
