Services
Reserve and upgrade your event to Select Service or Concierge Service. This will allow you to sell tickets, charge an entry fee, sell goods or services, and accept donations.
Choose Concierge Service to reserve 50-100% of the library, serve alcohol, or use a full-service caterer with banquet staff. Have questions? Call Event + Hospitality Services at

- You reserve your space online, at least 48 hours in advance
- Spaces may be used outside of library operating hours
- Expert consultation from a DCL event coordinator, including final walk-through and AV troubleshooting
- We set the room up and take it down upon your event's conclusion
- Drop-off catering allowed; we provide recommendations if you wish
- Supplemental furniture rental allowed through a DCL recommended vendor
- Ticket sales/entry fees allowed
- Sale of goods/services or receipt of donations allowed
- Private parties/receptions allowed (without alcohol)
- List your event on this page for an optional additional fee
- We make your reservation for you, at least six weeks and up to three years in advance, and before rooms are available to the public
- Spaces may be used outside of library operating hours; 50-100% of the library may be rented
- Full-service event planning and management, including agendas, vendors, finances and AV troubleshooting
- We set the room up and take it down upon your event's conclusion
- Drop-off and full-service/staffed catering (through a DCL recommended vendor) allowed
- Supplemental furniture rental allowed through a DCL recommended vendor
- Ticket sales/entry fees allowed
- Sale of goods/services or receipt of donations allowed
- Private parties/receptions allowed; alcohol may be served (some restrictions apply)
- Optional listing of your event on this page for an additional fee
